The Gem Project, Inc. is a registered and incorporated not-for-profit corporation as of October 1, 2007 of the state of New Jersey. Effective 8/06/2010— The application for tax exemption will be processing at that time. It will take anywhere between 3- months – 6 months* to be approved. Thus, we’re going to be awaiting approval at the above mentioned date.
All donors will receive a receipt and letter from the founder about their donation. You will be notified when our application and decision for tax exemption has been made.
